Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved for four weeks, with the Department's understanding that it must satisfactorily respond to OMB questions forwarded on January 14, 1993 within this timeframe. Upon receipt of the responses to the questions, OMB will consider whether or not to grant approval to the use of this survey.
