Abstract: THE AFMC COMMANDER DIRECTED A STUDY TO STANDARDIZE, STREAMLINE, AND IMPROVE THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) PROCESS. ONE NEED IS TO GET "CUSTOMER" PARTICIPATION. WE THEREFORE PLAN TO ATTACH A QUESTIONNAIRE TO CERTAIN THRESHOLD SOLICITATIONS TO GET INDUSTRY FEEDBACK. RESULTS FROM THIS WILL BE USED TOWARDS IMPROVING OUR OVERALL RFP PROCESS.
