Terms of Clearance: Approved. This collection is closely related to the Multiple Worksite Report (OMB No. 1220-0134) for which BLS submitted a review request on February 1, 1993. We are approving this collection under a new OMB number in order to allow printing and use of this collection while adequate time is allowed for public comment on the extension of collections contained in OMB docket number 1220-0134. . BLS should submit an Information Collection Worksheet request to transfer this collection to OMB No. 1220-0134 when the supply of this form is exhausted. . We are including a copy of the GSA approved collection from the Department of Defense (DOD)(0144-DOL-OU) for information only. The collection of data from DOD will continue to be reviewed by GSA, since it is a collection from a federal government agency. Remarks entered 3/4/93 - Your Information Correction Worksheet dated February 26, 1993 is approved with the understanding that it is the Department's responsibility to obtain whatever review by the General Services Administration may be necessary. We suggest that the Depart. might want to explore whether the small number of respondents to this collection might mean that this collection is not subject to review.
