Specifically, IRS should submit for each collection a statement of objectives, a description of the selection o respondents, an outline of the collection (including probing questions any materials provided to the respondent during the tests, and any letter(s) provided to the respondent as part of this study. The voucher compliance study is approved as submitted on August 23, 1993.
