Abstract: ADEQUATE CASE MAINTENANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR ESTABLISHING THE LEGAL DEPT THE DSR SHOULD ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN A WRITTEN REPAYMENT AGREEMENT. THE WRITTEN REPAYMENT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT NOT WHENEVER POSSIBLE TO BE FILE IN THE CLAIM BINDER.
