(47 CFR 1.65(C)) - POLICY REGARDING CHARACTER QUALIFICATIONS OF
BROADCAST LICENSEES...
BROADCAST LICENSEES ARE REQUIRED TO
REPORT ANNUALLY ANY FINDING OR ADVERSE FINAL ACTION INVOLVING
CONDUCT BEARING ON THEIR CHARACTER QUALIFICATIONS. THIS INFORMATION
WILL ENABLE THE FCC TO DETERMINE WHETHER BROADCAST PERMITTEES AND
LICENSEES MAINTAIN THE REQUISITE CHARACTER QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A
BROADCAST LICENSEE.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
