Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE USER SATISFACTION WITH THE COMMISSION'S NEW RECORD IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM (RIPS). RESULTS OF THE SURVEY WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE PROGRAM EVALUATION STUDY OF RIPS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES USERS OF THE COMMISSION'S DOCKETS DOCKETS REFERENCE ROOM.
