In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this information
collection is approved for three months. The agency has failed to
adequately respond to existing terms of clearance to review the
information collections and work with respondents to determine the
need for the current collections and review the potential for
burden reduction of the many warehouse forms. In addition, the
agency has failed to identify and coordinate a current agency
proposal to reduce the burden of its information collections
concerning cotton warehouse receipts that will involve a 3504h
submission. Should the agency choose to resubmit this information
clearance to OMB, it shall demonstrate that such a review has taken
place. A summary of the pilo project concerning electronic
warehouse receipts shall be included. Names and phone numbers of
program individuals who conducted the revie and three public
contacts who were consulted shall be included in the next
submission.
