Maintenance Organization arrangements. Such a question should be
inserted into the "Facility Overview" of each of the three surveys,
i.e. hospital outpatient, physician office, and the ambulator
surgical center surveys. In addition, question 8, section A on
payor mix should either be amended or supplemented to capture each
facility' payor mix for patients.
