Due to its
interpretation of Dole v. Steelworkers, OSHA doesn't consid most of
the recordkeeping requirements proposed at 29 CFR 1910.1031 to be
subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act.

INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS I TO PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR
EMPLOYEES FROM THE ADVERSE HEALTH EFFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH EXPOSURE
TO GLYCOL ETHERS AND TO PROVIDE OSHA ACCESS T VARIOUS MEDICAL,
MONITORING EXPOSURE, AND TRAINING RECORDS REQUIRED BY THIS
