SUPPORTED UNDER THE ACT BE EVALUATED. THIS EVALUATION WILL IDENTIFY
CURRENT VR AGENCY POLICY AND PRACTICE IN SERVING CLIENTS WITH TBI,
DESCRIBE THEIR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES, AND IDENTIFY BEST
PRACTICES THAT RSA MAY SUGGEST FOR IMPLEMENTATION. IT WILL ALSO
OBTAIN INFORMATION ON PRIVATE PRACTICES.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
