This ICR is
approved for use by FERC through May, 1993. OMB still believes that
the use of this ICR may be unnecessary (see comments of OMB actions
dated April 4, 1991 and June 15, 1992. Furthermore, in light of the
new reporting requirements imposed by Order 636, OMB believes that
there is a good possibility that these reporting requirements may
be duplicative. Before FERC requests another one yea extension of
this reporting requirement, it must examine whether or not these
reporting requirements are duplicative, and present the results to
OMB. Finally, FERC must also respond to OMB about the comments
submitted to FERC and OMB by Tenneco Gas on December 28, 1992 and
any other public comments that are received by FERC regarding this
ICR.
