STATES, TERRITORIES, AND INDIAN TRIBES
THAT QUALIFY FOR TREATMENT AS A STATE FOR PURPOSES OF THE CLEAN
WATER ACT WILL REPORT BURDEN TO COMPLY WITH THE WATER QUALITY
STANDARDS REGULATION. THEY WILL SUBMIT REPORTS ONCE EVERY 3 YEARS.
EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO MONITOR REGULATO
COMPLIANCE.
