This ICR is
approved for four months. This approval period supersedes the three
month extension contained in the Information Collection Worksheet
granted for this ICR on December 30, 1992. As discussed on February
9, 1993, in a meeting between OIRA and EPA staff, OIRA will provide
EPA a detailed list and description of duplicative and excessively
burdensome RCRA reporting requirements during the week of February
22, 1993. EPA staff agreed to address the listed concerns within
the subsequent two weeks. The revised ICR will discuss issues
raised through these discussions and outline to the extent
appropriate the likely next steps. All previous terms of clearance
remain in effect.
