Abstract: TESTING, REPORTING, AND RECORDKEEPING IS TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE STATUTORY REQUIREMENT THAT SORBENTS FOR LIQUIDS DISPOSED IN LANDFILLS BE NONBIODEGRADABLE. AFFECTED PUBLIC: 500 SORBENT MANUFACTURERS, 1,000 HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATORS, 200 HAZARDOUS WASTE TREATERS, AND 100 HAZARDOUS WASTE LANDFILL OWNERS/OPERATORS.
