If EPA plans any revisions to this collection, a revised ICR must be submitted. If thi ICR is renewed, EPA shall reexamine the four hour burden estimate for completing the Implementation Report and explain the basis for the estimate.

Abstract: GREEN LIGHTS IS A VOLUNTARY PROGRAM IN WHICH CORPORATIONS AND OTHER PRIVATE AND PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS AGREE TO INSTALL ENERGY EFFICIENT LIGHTING AS A PROFITABLE MEANS OF PREVENTING POLLUTION AND IMPROVING LIGHTING QUALITY.
