Abstract: SECTION 73.1610 REQUIRES PERMITTEES OF NEW BROADCAST STATIONS TO NOTIF THE FCC OF THEIR PLANS TO CONDUCT EQUIPMENT TESTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING ADJUSTMENTS AND MEASUREMENTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY. THE DATA IS USED TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS OF THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND APPLICABLE ENGINEERING STANDARDS.
