Abstract: INFORMATION IS USED TO MONITOR STATE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INITIAL REGULATORY PROGRAM, TO DETERMINE WHEN FEDERAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING PRE-EXISTING, NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURES INTO COMPLIANCE, AND EXEMPT SMALL OPERATORS FROM SOME PERFORMANCE STANDARDS UNDER THE INITI REGULATORY PROGRAM.
