Abstract: THE EVALUATION OF UPWARD BOUND WILL INCLUDE A SURVEY OF UPWARD BOUND GRANTEES AND A SURVEY OF TARGET SCHOOLS. THE PURPOSE OF THE EVALUATIO IS TO EXAMINE THE EFFECTIVENSS OF CURRENT PROGRAM AND TO IDENTIFY PROGRAM IMPROVEMENTS.
