Abstract: FERC-314A IS USED BY FERC TO EVALUATE AND PROCESS INDEPENDENT PRODUCER APPLICATIONS FOR THE SALE OF GAS IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE UNDER SMALL PRODUCER CERTIFICATES OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY UNDER SECTIO 7 OF THE NATURAL GAS ACT. RM89-16 WILL AMEND FERC'S REGULATIONS TO REFLECT PROVISIONS OF THE DECONTROL ACT.
