Abstract: FERC-570 RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENT FOR CERTAIN SALES OF NATURAL GAS, BOOKS, RECORDS, AND CONTRACTS, MUST BE RETAINED BY THE SELLER FOR THREE YEARS TO ENABLE FERC TO AUDIT: (1) I CERTAIN SALES UNDER THE NPGA ARE REGULATED OR DEREGULATED AND (2) TO AUDIT SALES FOR COMPLIANCE WITH MAXIMUM CEILING PRICE PERMITTED. RM89-16 IS PROPOSED TO AMEND FERC REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT DECONTROL ACT.
