Abstract: REGULATION IS BEING REVISED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE REPAIR AND REHABILITATION ASSISTANCE TO OWNER(S) OF SINGLE OR MULTI-UNIT RENTAL PROPERTIES AND COOPERATIVE HOUSING PROJECTS.
