Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA THE SSA-L5061 IS USED TO DETERMINE IF A RENTAL SUBSIDY AGREEMENT EXISTS BETWEEN A LANDLORD AND AN APPLICANT FOR OR RECIPIENT OF SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME BENEFITS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF LANDLORDS WHO MAY BE SUBSIDIZING SUCH A RENTAL ARRANGEMENT.
