Abstract: THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PAYROLL SAVERS IS DETERMINED FROM REPORTS SB-60 AND SB-60A COMPLETED BY COMPANIES THAT OFFER SALE OF SAVINGS BONDS THROUGH PAYROLL SAVINGS PLANS. TOTAL NUMBER OF SAVERS IS USED I BUDGET FORMULATION AND MEASURE OF PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS.
