Abstract: THERE IS A NEED FOR HUD TO KNOW OF DEFECTS IN CONSTRUCTION. THE FORMS ARE USED TO IDENTIFY THE ITEMS OF COMPLAINT IN ORDER TO HELP THE HOMEBUYER TO OBTAIN CORRECTION, TO IDENTIFY BUILDERS NOT CONFORMING TO APPLICABLE STANDARDS, AND TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
