Abstract: TRAINING, ARMY' APPLICATION IS ONE OF THE TOOLS USED IN THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR 2-AN 3-YEAR ROTC SCHOLARSHIPS. THE ROTC SCHOLARSHIP PROVIDES HIGHLY QUALIFIED MEN AND WOMEN WHO DESIRE TO PURSUE A COMMISSION IN THE U.S. ARMY. THE APPLICATION AND INFORMATION PROVIDE THE BASIS FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP AWARD.
