Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED TO TRACE BANDED BIRDS FOR THE STUDY OF MIGRATION FACTORS AND OTHER POPULATION CHARACTERISTICS. A REPORT IS FILED VOLUNTARILY UPON DISCOVERY OF A BANDED BIRD AND PROVIDES THE ONLY METH OF OBTAINING COMPLETE AND ACCURATE RECORDS OF SUCH BIRDS.
