Terms of Clearance: Approved for one year. As this program is expected to become permanen DOL shall include with its next clearance package a plan for collectin information to assess the performance of organizations participating i this program, and of the program as a whole. DOL shall summarize step taken to automate reporting. In addition, pending conditions of clearance are continued: -- DOL shall require corrective action plans annually, rather than quarterly. If DOL can demonstrate that corrective action plans based statistically valid samples are necessary on a more frequent basis due to significant program fraud or abuse, the agency may provide such evidence prior to or in the context of its next clearance request. -- The instructions for form 8472 shall indicate that "Tax Credits Authorized" are equivalent to the number of certifications issued by t SESA. -- DOL's next submission shall report on how the number of application from the form 8471 differs from the number of certifications from the form 8472.
