Abstract: THIS RULE ESTABLISHES UNIFORM REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY AND A LIST OF QUESTIONS FROM WHICH SPECIFIC INFORMATION REQUESTS WILL BE ASSEMBLED ON A CHEMICAL-BY-CHEMICAL BASIS THIS RULE WILL BE USED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION NEEDED BY EPA AND OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES TO SUPPORT THE ASSESSMENT AND REGULATION OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES.
