Abstract: AIR POLLUTION CONTROL, MUNICIPAL WASTE COMBUSTORS, EMISSION STANDARDS INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE NSPS IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT MUNICIPAL WASTE COMBUSTOR (MWC) EMISSION STANDARDS ARE ATTAINED AND THAT MWCS LARGER THEN 250 TONS PER DAY (TPD) CAPACITY IN THE MWC INDUSTRY, WHICH MAY BE OWNED BY LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OR PRIVATE COMPANIES.
