Abstract: GASOLINE REFINING AND MARKETING ENTITLES THE REGULATED TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REFORMULATED GASOLINE AND ANTI-DUMPING STANDARDS AND CREDITS, AVERAGING, AND TRADING PROVISIONS. RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTI REQUIREMENTS ARE FOR THOSE ENTITLES MOST ABLE TO AFFECT PRODUCT QUALIT RECORDKEEPING IS NEEDED BY EPA TO ENFORCE AND BY INDUSTRY TO COMPLY.
