Abstract: AGENCY OVERSEES THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE EXCHANGE VISITOR PROGRAM. AGENCY MUST MONITOR THE ACTIVITIES OF 1,200 DESIGNATED SPONSORS. AGEN REQUESTS THE SUBMISSION OF AN ANNUAL REPORT FROM EACH SPONSOR FOR THIS PURPOSE. AGENCY ALSO DESIGNATES U.S. ORGANIZATIONS TO CONDUCT EXCHANG PROGRAMS AND REQUESTS VARIOUS INFORMATION DURING THE DESIGNATION PROCESS.
