Abstract: REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REQUIRED BY THE AGRICULTURE CREDIT ACT OF 1987, TO ENSURE FULL AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION IS GIVEN TO AFFECTED MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHEN CERTAIN ADVERSE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS ARE BEING MADE.
