Abstract: PROPOSALS ARE REQUESTED FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993 UNDER THE OUTREACH AND ASSISTANCE GRANTS PROGRAM FOR SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED FARMERS AND RANCHERS PROGRAM. COMPETITIVE GRANTS WILL BE AWARDED TO ASSIST ELIGIB ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS TO PROVIDE OUTREACH AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED FARMERS AND RANCHERS TO OWN AND OPERATE FARMS AND RANCHERS AND TO PARTICIPATE IN AGRICULTURAL PROGRAMS.
