Abstract: THE 1990 AMENDMENTS AUTHORIZES STATES TO ENFORCE CERTAIN SECTIONS OF T ACT IN THEIR OWN NAMES. THE PROPOSED 21 CFR 101.2(D) SETS FORTH THE INFORMATION THE STATES MUST PROVIDE TO FDA IN THEIR LETTER OF NOTIFICATION.
