Terms of Clearance: to continue examining ways to streamline financial reporting in Title III programs, including use of a single form where appropriate. DOL h also agreed to reexamine collection of participant data on a separate form for the DCA and Clean Air programs within Title III, t determine whether these data can be more easily and effectively report through the SPIR, if these programs appear likely to become permanent. DOL shall report progress on these issues in its next clearance submission. -- Since some enrollees in the programs reported on this form will also receive services from programs reported through the SPIR, DOL sha indicate clearly that some of the enrollment counts here will duplicat the SPIR counts in any publicly released reports or data sets.
