Abstract: THESE SURVEYS ARE BEING PRODUCED TO HELP THE SERVICE EVALUATE TELEFILE AND TO INITIATE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE TAXPAYERS WHO USED TELEFILE TO FILE A RETURN, TAXPAYERS WHO TRIED TELEFILE BUT DID NOT FILE A RETURN, AND TAXPAYERS WHO, ALTHOUGH ELIGIBLE TO USE TELEFILE, ELECTED NOT TO FILE A RETURN BY TELEFILE.
