Abstract: THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY WILL SURVEY OPERATORS OF COASTAL OIL AND GAS DRILLING AND PRODUCTION FACILITIES BY MEANS OF A ONE-TIME WRITTEN QUESTIONNAIRE.
