Only two of the
eight information collections contained in this request are
approved by OMB at this time. Based on a conversation with Betsy
Keeler at HUD, the Department is still in the process of developing
the information collection packages (application packages, for
example) for which OMB is approval is sought in this package. OMB
will withhold approval of the other information collection require
nts contained in the interim final rule until the completed
collection are submitted to OMB. OMB approval through February 1996
extends to the Title II notificatio requirements only.
