Abstract: THIS RULE ESTABLISHES PROCEDURES FOR DETERMINING, CERTIFYING, AND POSTING THE OCTANE RATING OF AUTOMOTIVE GASOLINE AND FOR KEEPING TESTI AND CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR A ONE-YEAR PERIOD. THE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS WOULD REQUIRE THE SAME REQUIREMENTS FOR LIQUID A ALTERNATIV FUELS.
