This package was
previously cleared as one subpart of 0651-0011. The decrease of
1662 burden hours is due to a new program in which automatic review
of applications for export licensing obviates the requirement to
file a petition for export license. Since the "Request for
Statutory Invention Registration" is unrelatedto secrecy orders or
export licenses, the package will be divided into two for the next
review period, leaving secrecy orders and licensing forms under
0651- -0034 and assigning a new number to the Statutory Invention
Registrati materials. The SIR must be redesigned now withlarger
type, a burden statement, on two sides of the sheet. If OMB Control
Numbers appear i the CFR, they should be updated to reflect the new
assigned numbers.
