Abstract: CSBG FUNDS ARE PROVIDED TO STATES "TO ALLEVIATE THE CAUSES AND PROBLEMS OF POVERTY." SECTION 682 OF THE CSBG ACT, AS AMENDED, MANDATES THAT THE SECRETARY CONTRACT TO HAVE PREPARED AN ANNUAL REPORT WHICH CONTAINS SPECIFIC INFORMATION. ALL CSBG GRANTEES AND INDIRECT RECIPIENTS OF CSBG FUNDS ARE AFFECTED.
