Abstract: THIS PROGRAM ASSURES PARTICIPATING IMPORTERS OF RECORD THAT THEY WILL RECEIVE ANY CUSTOMS TRANSACTION NOTIFICATIONS BY "FREEZING" CERTAIN IMPORTER IDENTICATION INFORMATION. THIS COLLECTION REQUIRES IMPORTERS TO DESIGNATE THOSE INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO EFFECT NAME/ADDRESS CHANG FOR PURPOSES OF RECEIVING TRANSACTION NOTIFICATIONS.
