Abstract: THE MARKING IS USED TO PROVIDE FOR DUTY-FREE ENTRY OF HOLDERS OR CONTAINERS WHICH WERE MANUFACTURED IN THE U.S. AND EXPORTED AND RETURNED WITHOUT HAVING BEEN ADVANCED IN VALUE OR IMPROVED IN CONDITIO BY ANY PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE. THE REGULATION ALSO PROVIDES FOR DUTY-FREE ENTRY OF HOLDERS OR CONTAINERS OF FOREIGN MANUFACTURE IF DUT HAS BEEN PAID BEFORE.
