Abstract: INFORMATION ALLOWS DETERMINATION OF WHETHER IMPORTED NONCONFORMING ENGINES ARE BROUGHT INTO CONFORMITY WITH THE CLEAN AIR ACT AND REGULATIONS. INFORMATION WILL BE SUPPLIED ON AN OCCASIONAL BASIS BY IMPORTERS FOR RESALE OF NONCONFORMING ENGINES WHO HAVE OBTAINED CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMITY FOR VARIOUS CLASSES OF ENGINES AND BY ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
