Abstract: OIL SPILLS, OIL TRANSFERS, FACILITY RESPONSE PLANS, MARINE ENVIRONMEN FACILITIES THAT TRANSFER OIL TO AND FROM VESSELS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE PLANS RESPOND TO SPILLS FROM THESE FACILITIES. THIS WILL MINIMIZE THE IMPACT ON THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT.
