this information collection until November 30, 1993. This
short-term clearance is intended to provide HUD with an opportunity
to respond to comments submitted on August 19, 1993. In addition,
HUD also is asked to provide the any introductory letters or other
materials that will be used to introduce the data collections to
respondents. The burden statements must either be read or
prominently displayed on data collection instruments. Also, HUD is
asked to provide additional supporting documentation to support its
estimates of burden. OMB will expedite review and clearance of the
Round I data collection upon the receipt of a response to these
comments and the August 19 comments.

THIS EVALUATION WILL IDENTIFY THE
EFFECTS OF THE HOME PROGRAM'S REQUIREMENTS ON ITS IMPLEMENTATION,
INCLUDING HOW THE PROGRAM IS BEING ADMINISTERED AND WHICH HOUSING
UNITS, HOUSEHOLDS, AND NEIGHBORHOODS AR BEING ASSISTED. THIS FIRST
PHASE OF DATA COLLECTION WILL SURVEY REPRESENTATIVES OF
