THE REPORT, WHICH INCLUDES CLAIM NUMBERS, PAYMENT AMOUNTS, AND BALANCE, PROVIDES FNS WITH AN ACCOUNTABILITY OF CLAIMS ESTABLISHED AGAINST FSP HOUSEHOLDS. THE REPORT ALSO REFLECTS THE STATE AGENCIES' DETERMINATIO OF RETENTION AMOUNTS TO BE OFFSET AGAINST THE LETTER-OF-CREDIT.
