Abstract: THE PROPOSED INFORMATION COLLECTION WILL ENABLE THE IMMIGRATION NURSING RELIEF ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO ASSESS THE IMPACT OF P.L. 101-238. AFFECTED ARE SELECTED HOSPITALS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN FIVE LABOR MARKETS, WITH INDIVIDUAL RESPONDENTS INCLUDING ADMINISTRATORS, HUMAN RESOURCE PERSONNEL, MEDICAL STAFF, UNION REPRESENTATIVES, AND REGISTERED NURSES.
