THE REPORTS AND RECORDS ENABLE THE ADMINISTRATOR TO DETERMINE THAT BEST DEMONSTRATED CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IS INSTALLED AND PROPERLY OPERATED AND MAINTAINED. NO PERIODIC REPORTING IS REQUIRED.
